is the shred dead?

UPDATE:  I DID IT!  DAY TWO DOWN!


okay. i started the shred video on tuesday. monday? i dunno. beginning of week. i have already dropped the ball. i know why. i am sad again. sad about all going on. i even ate french fries and a burger. someone help me. i cannot self sabotage again.

HELP ME!

I do this to myself all the time, and I wish I could help, but I haven't even learned to help myself. Eating is my comfort activity. It's bad advice to tell you to just drink instead, but maybe instead of vodka, try drinking water! and breathing! and reminding yourself that eating isn't going to be what you really want!

wow..i've done this too. Try and take walks. It helps me. Getting outside clears the mind. Why do you think I like the mountains so much?

You can and will do this! Don't beat yourself up so much if you have an off day every now and then, it happens to everyone. You'll get into the routine of doing this everyday soon enough. Jillian is tough be-yotch I did the Shred before the wedding and it's not fun but it does work.

On a more serious note - I do this ALL the time. I am working HARD at having self-control right now because I have done the sabotage thing over and over again. Since having some control - I have lost 11 pounds and I am finally feeling like I am on the right track.
It's hard, but I know you can do it! I know it!!!
